Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your package is lost during transit

We'll evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, include all accessories, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your return request and, where applicable, inspected the returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
